As the Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their experience from the first call through their visit. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported. Our practice provides comprehensive job training, including OSHA and HIPAA compliance courses, as well as updated protocols aligned with current CDC guidelines.

Surgical Assistants
Do you have experience as a dental assistant, hygienist, LNA, CNA, or in another healthcare setting and are looking for a change? Are you ready to join a respected oral surgery practice where patient care, teamwork, and professionalism truly matter? If so, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
We are seeking a Surgical/Dental Assistant to join our busy and highly respected oral surgery practice. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team committed to excellence in patient care and to supporting both our patients and one another in a positive, professional environment.
Our practice is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care for our patients and our staff. We remain current with HIPAA, OSHA, CDC, and COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Clinical experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred, but not required. We also offer the support to obtain a DAANCE certification and a Radiology certification. The ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and adapt quickly is essential. Flexibility with hours and days of availability is also important
