Dr. Farr grew up in Ithaca, New York, and knew from a young age that he wanted to pursue a career in health care and after observing a corrective jaw surgery during college and the profound impact it made in the patient’s life, he decided on a career in oral surgery. Dr. Farr graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in history while also completing the courses required for dental school matriculation.
Dr. Farr then went on to earn his doctorate of dental surgery from the University at Buffalo. After dental school he continued his training in an integrated six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency earning his medical degree from the University at Buffalo and subsequently completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Parkland Hospital/UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. His clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, in-office anesthesia, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery and facial trauma.
He is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the New Hampshire Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Greater Nashua Dental Society, and the Manchester Dental Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Farr enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, hiking and exploring local history and the nation’s National Parks.
